Google Top Black Talent (GTBT) is a unique talent attraction programme for black university students. It combines a day long event at Google’s London office with an 8 weeks mentoring programme for attending students. Held for the last 2 years, GTBT is open to all ACS members nationwide.

GTBT attracts high calibre students studying both technical and non-technical degree courses at UK universities.

Invited students explore the digital technology space through the eyes of the industries leading organisation. The day long event combines presentations, interactive workshops, lunch, a tour of Google’s office and networking with Google staff.

 Students selected for the 8 weeks mentoring programme get allocated a dedicated Googler (Google employee) to support them. This mentoring focuses on creating a tailored personal development plan, which aims to up skill the student by the end of the mentoring period.
