    Description

    Location: Remote work until it is safe to return to the office, then London (closest tube station: Liverpool Street)
    Start Date: As soon as possible

    Overview

    We’re seeking an Account Coordinator (Digital & Communications) to help us deliver on projects for a range of public and private-sector clients, globally. Organisation and proactive follow-through are absolutely critical in this role. As a small and nimble company, we count on every team member to keep up-to-speed with all aspects of a project.

    Here’s what we care about:

    • Delivering high-quality work
    • Building a dynamic team with a diversity of backgrounds and skillsets
    • Working for incredible clients that have an impact on their countries, sectors and communities

    Here’s what we don’t care about:

    • How many A-Levels you have, and what grades you got
    • Whether you went to university, and if so, what you studied

    Here’s what we’re looking for:

    • Someone who has ideally worked or interned in a digital or communications agency, or in a digital or communications role in-house at a company or campaign
    • Someone who understands social media
    • Someone who is hungry to learn and build new skills
    • Someone who is very organised and is good at keeping track of multiple projects and deadlines
    • Someone who has a basic understanding of data analysis and skills using Excel
    • Someone who has an extremely high level of attention to detail
    • Someone who is willing to “muck in” and who understands that not all tasks are exciting or glamorous
    • Someone with the ability to think on their feet and grasp new concepts they aren’t already familiar with
    • Someone who bounces back from mistakes and learns from feedback

    Here’s what you would be doing:

    Contributing to the delivery of digital marketing and communications projects for a range of clients including public sector organisations, NGOs, and multinational companies, by:

    • Conducting background research;
    • Writing social media and blog content;
    • Managing projects using project management software, keeping records of tasks assigned to various team members, and keeping filing systems organised;
    • Helping to deliver client reports by using social media management and digital analytics toolsets;
    • Coordinating with our team of designers to manage the creation of social media graphics and keep them organised;
    • Preparing and managing ad campaigns by creating targeting parameters and drafting and uploading ad creative;
    • Preparing social media analytics reports, drawing on data from a range of platforms;
    • Contributing to our clients’ digital marketing and communications strategy.

    English language fluency is a requirement. Additional language skills (particularly French, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic) would be a plus.

    Work Permission

    You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

    Compensation

    To be discussed, in line with industry standards.
